Ciao Pietro

I recently found out Peter Galante is leaving Stritch.
It makes me very sad to hear. He was a great teacher and a really great mentor for me. I owe it to him that I was so prepared for the pressure and stress of a real life job. For those of you that don't know, he was my graphic design college professor and my Art Director during my 2 year internship at Cardinal Stritch University. I'm sad to hear he is leaving, but I know he is seaking out a great opportunity at a new home.

He's pictured in the photo below, farthest on the left. This image is from our summer study in Italy. A time that I will never forget. He made it a great learning experience, an awesome cultural experience, and showed me that inspiration comes from years and years ago in places like Europe.

Peter, thank you so much for your leadership. I admire you still today. I hope I will be able to see you when I travel home, even though now it will be even harder. Blessings on your futre endeavors.

Ciao Pietro.

Hi,

Happened upon your site when I was doing a search for Mr. Galante. I actually had him as an instructor when I was in college about 15 years ago. He was fresh from New York at that time. I think he like me because he called me knucklehead (only called students he liked that). Thanks for posting the photo, he looks a bit older now, but I could tell it was him.
